The AllerAir AirTube Jr. is our smallest personal air purifier designed for localized control of airborne particles, chemicals, gases and odours. The AllerAir AirTube Jr. air purifier provides a powerful, yet portable, option for users who are looking for a lightweight and quiet unit that can be placed on a desktop or bedroom nightstand, or one that can travel with them. We highly recommend this air purifier for people looking to create a personal zone of clean air around themselves while at home or at the office.

The AllerAir AirTube Jr. air purifier features the unmatched power of impregnated activated MAC-B™ carbon and a micro-HEPA filter that is 99% effective at filtering pollen, dust, mould spores, pet dander and other airborne particulate pollutants down to 0.1 microns in size. Because this air purifier uses individual HEPA and carbon filters, they can be changed at different time intervals, making the unit economical to operate. The AllerAir AirTube Jr. has a variable speed motor that offers whisper quiet operation and customized air flow control, a cylindrical shape that maximizes air circulation and a 360 degree air intake and output. In addition, this unit has an all-metal casing that eliminates toxic off-gassing and a built-in handle for easy portability.

The AllerAir AirTube Jr. air purifier is ideally suited for desktop, countertop or bedroom nightstand use, as well as for office cubicle workspaces. This unit is available in white only.

** An Important Word on Air Flow Rates and Room Coverage for the AllerAir AirTube Jr. Air Purifier:

Many retailers and manufacturers overstate maximum room coverage figures by calculating them with air flow rates measured without filters installed (i.e., fan output) or with too low a number of air exchanges per hour to properly clean the room. Modern Alchemy Air Purifiers believes in stating the actual delivered air flow rates for the air purifiers we sell, as well as realistic room coverage figures calculated at effective air cleaning levels. Accordingly, we recommend that the Allerair AirTube Jr. be used in localized areas of up to 40 sq. ft. (for premium cleaning) or 85 sq. ft. (for general purpose filtration).

Also note that air purifier performance should not be judged by air flow rates and room maximums alone. Many features that make an air purifier more effective at cleaning the air actually reduce the air flow rate. For example, higher grade HEPA filters, well-sealed filtration systems and large amounts of carbon all increase air resistance and reduce delivered air flow rates.
